  • Coaching programmes
  • Personalised wellness and lifestyle plans
  1. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative, reflective process designed to support personal growth, clarity, and wellbeing.

It is not:

  • Therapy
  • Counselling
  • Medical or clinical treatment
  1. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer

Your work may incorporate principles from holistic wellness and Ayurveda.

You acknowledge that:

  • All guidance is educational and supportive in nature
  • It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • You should consult a GP or qualified professional where appropriate
  1. Personal Responsibility

You agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and wellbeing
  • Coaching outcomes vary and are not guaranteed
  • You engage voluntarily in the process
  1. Payment Terms
  • Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed
  • Payment plans may be offered at discretion
  • All fees are non-transferable
  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to reschedule sessions
  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
  • Programme timelines remain fixed unless agreed otherwise
  1. Refund Policy
  • Coaching sessions and programmes are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds are discretionary and assessed on a case-by-case basis
  • Where required under UK consumer law, statutory rights apply
  1. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential, with exceptions where:

  • There is a legal obligation
  • There is risk of harm
  1. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and wellness plans are the intellectual property of Holistic Wellness Transitions.

They may not be:

  • Shared
  • Reproduced
  • Distributed

Without prior written consent.

  1. Boundaries & Suitability

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline or terminate services if they are not appropriate for your needs
  • Recommend alternative support (e.g. therapy or medical support)

No refunds will be issued where services are terminated due to inappropriate behaviour.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for services
  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure due to circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By engaging in coaching services, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms
  • You agree to be bound by them
